SDK licence
Our prices start at a one-time EUR 1,350 excl. VAT for our help with integrating ZUGFeRD into your system.
This fee applies per workstation on which our SDK is used for development at one company site. Each SDK licence also includes an end-user (runtime) licence for 10 workstations in-house.
Optionally, you can take out a maintenance contract for 20 % per year. A maintenance contract cannot be concluded retroactively and always has to cover all licences in use together – a maintenance contract for individual runtime licences only, or for the SDK only, is not possible.
End-user (runtime) licence
We also charge a one-time support fee of EUR 350 excl. VAT per end user. An end user is a tenant (for example of an online solution), an organisation or a branch. Each runtime licence includes 10 workstation licences. Optionally, you can take out a maintenance contract for 20 % per year. A maintenance contract cannot be concluded retroactively and always has to cover all licences in use together – a maintenance contract for individual runtime licences only, or for the SDK only, is not possible.
Aloaha ZUGFeRD GUI
The Aloaha ZUGFeRD GUI costs EUR 199 excl. VAT. The licence also covers the Aloaha ZUGFeRD PDF Viewer.
Royalty-free licence
If you have many end users or counting licences is not practical, you need the royalty-free licence. Please contact info@aloaha.com for prices.

Our licence model does not fit the licence model of your application? Please contact us for a project licence.
ZUGFeRD / XRechnung form
If buying software does not pay off for you, or you cannot install software, have a look at our form solution. With a ZUGFeRD / XRechnung form you can create an invoice without installing any software.
Updates
The ZUGFeRD standard is developed further all the time, so we release updates for our software regularly. With a maintenance contract you can download and use these updates free of charge.
